This course will help you comprehensively understand your role as a field tech. You will be introduced to the core values we strive to work by and become more familiar with the equipment we use. You will also learn why being a good communicator is essential to succeeding in your role as a field tech.
This course will review:
- The why, when, what, and how of good communication with your support team and/or the dealership
- How to communicate general problems in a way that will get them resolved
This is a brief follow-up to the Communication course. The focus of this course is to teach you how to write clear and concise comments in a format that can be easily understood by all.
This course will focus on 3 key pieces required to create quality inventory videos:
1) The fundamentals of creating high-quality inventory videos.
2) Common problems and how to avoid them.
3) Regularly performing self-evaluations.
This course will provide an overview of how a dealership buys and sells cars, the systems and processes involved, and how to troubleshoot problems that are related to the photo and video process.
